Chocolate Fest 2010 We’re moving Chocolate Fest to The Bear Mountain Resort and rolling out the red carpet just for you this year. On Saturday, March 27, be prepared to indulge in a Cowichan Duck Breast Split Smoked Chocolate Vinaigrette and Vancouver Island Pork Belly with Spicy Molé Sauce among other delicacies. The Evening Gala of Chocolate Fest (6:30 -9:30pm) will feature chocolate demonstrations, workshops, exhibits, games, giveaways, food, wine & entertainment. You won’t leave unsatisfied or perhaps you won’t leave at all. There is a special rate for Chocolate Fest attendees to stay at this Five Star Resort.
